As part of Greater Whitsunday Communities' commitment to professional development, community groups and Service Providers in Collinsville and Bowen attended Professional Development workshops facilitated by Heather Ellis, founder of BlueWren Connections.
ColourSpectrums is highly effective in team building, communication and collaboration, conflict resolution, resilience building, change management, coaching, stakeholder engagement, leadership and many more applications. Greater Whitsunday Communities have previously engaged Heather to conduct the ColourSpectrums workshop as part of our Community Leadership Programme.
The Collinsville ColourSpectrum workshop was a joint initiative by Collinsville Community Association and Greater Whitsunday Communities.
